Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conceptualizing and building a world-class learning platform and all other related products/platforms and support the core Tech team.
• Create a product roadmap aligned to the overall business strategy.
• Entrepreneurial ability to visualize product success.
• End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement documents.
• Taking complete ownership of the products processes and organizational level needs for smooth execution of the Product Development
• Active in hiring and mentoring the team in processes required to increase the productivity of the organization by handling Junior Product developers also handling growth of the product.
• Collaborate with the technology team for implementation of the product requirements.
• Responsible for driving learner engagement through integration and use of engagement tools.

Required Skills:

• Postgraduate with Technical Background
• 8-10 years of experience working with Product based firms.
• EdTech / education management experience will be a plus.
• Expertise in managing entire Product Life cycle
• Experience of building a product from scratch would be preferred.
• Good with team handling and coordination skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
